gemiusHeatMap - FAQ

My computer is behind a firewall / router / proxy. Can I still use the gemiusHeatMap client?

gemiusHeatMap communicates with Gemius processing servers using the standard HTTP protocol on port 80. This is the same protocol and port used to view web pages. So if you can browse the web, you can use the gemiusHeatMap client.
